When can CSA Your Way members pick up cards?
Add an answer here. CSA Your Way members can pick up their cards when we are open (see above for more information)! Your CSA Your Way card will be available for pick up at the location you designated when you signed up for your CSA (either our Colchester or Essex location). If you have forgotten or just want a reminder, please feel free to email us! These cards will be located under the registers- so just ask our friendly cashiers for your cards, they are organized by last names!
I referred someone! How do I get my gift?
First of all- THANK YOU! We adore referrals here at the farm as we love growing our community. Referrals get you a $20 gift card to use here at the farm. These will be available either with your CSA Your Way cards, or stored just by themselves (if you are a traditional member). Like CSA Your Way cards, these will be available at either location you chose to pick up your CSA Your Way card (if your a Your Way member) or at our Essex location (for Traditional members), below the register and organized by last name!
When does the Traditional CSA pick-ups start?
We are not sure yet, as it depends on our opening date. However, we are thinking the Traditional CSA pick-ups will start mid-June. Of course we will communicate this clearly as time gets closer!
Do we store CSA Your Way card information?
We do not store any CSA Your Way card information. So, if you lose your CSA card, you will lose all the available funds on it 😦So please- take a picture of the back of your card. This way if you lose it we can still use the card numbers to access the funds on it at checkout!
I really do not want any extra CSA add-ons, do I have to get them?
Absolutely not! These are just some extra things that our members can add on to their CSA shopping trip- just to round out their experience with us! If you do not want any- don't order any!
Are these add-ons only for Traditional members?
Nope! These add-ons will be available for both our CSA Your Way members and our Traditional CSA members!
What if I cannot make a pick-up for the ground beef or pork?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not have the capacities to store frozen meat for a long period of time, and we would need these products to be picked up as soon as possible of when they're available. Like stated, earlier, our pick up times are on Saturdays, preferably from 8 am to 11 am. If you do not think this time can work for you, please think about supporting these farms/local producers some other way! Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns!
Do we offer pick-ups for these add-on products in Colchester?
Unfortunately we do not have the ability to provide this service at both stands, so we will only be offering these add-on pick-ups at our Essex farm stand location.
